Character : Colorless translucent or white crystalline powder with salt cool taste and has light efforescence in warm air, specific gravity 1.79, melting point 70-80°C, losting 3 molecule water at 100°C and becoming anhydrous salt at 215°C, soluble in water, practically insoluble in ethanol and its aqueous solution appears alkaliscence, PH value 6.8 to 8.
Uses : used as electronating agent (educer) in plating of printing, mirror, and thermos indstries; as complexing agent in electroplating industry; in the making of crystal speekers and microphones in telecom industry; asdesalting agent in chemical fertilizer ustry; and also used in glass industry and other industries.
